Shipping costs up to 150 TL belong to the customer.

The fee is prepared to be submitted to your information automatically in our system over the tariffs determined by the cargo company, taking into account the total weight and volume of the ordered products and the delivery address.

Shipping cost will be added to your order amount and invoiced to you.

Shipping is free of charge for your orders of 150 TL or more.

Orders placed before 13.00 will be processed on the same business day, orders placed after 13.00 will be processed the next business day.

Packages that are delivered to the address within the cargo delivery dates but cannot be delivered due to the absence of the address are sent back to the regional distribution point of the cargo company. These packages are not given for redistribution and must be personally received by you from the distribution points. If you encounter such a situation, you can get help and information from the Customer Service Unit 554 187 55 94.

In order for your package to reach you on time, please make sure that you fill in the delivery and contact information completely.

During the delivery, the products must be checked by you in front of the cargo officer, and a signature must be signed stating that they have been received completely and intact.

In this condition, your order will be renewed and delivered to you as soon as possible. If the report is not kept and the loss is reported later, no refund or replacement will be made.
