CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS
Returns must be made with the original box or packaging.
Returns of products whose original box/packaging is damaged, which have lost their resaleability feature and which cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted.
You must send the original invoice (all copies you have) together with the product you want to return. If you would like detailed information on this subject, please send an e-mail to info@bencoffee.co and contact bencoffee.co Customer Services Unit.
If the product you purchased on our site is found to be faulty, you must contact us at info@bencoffee.co within 7 days from the delivery date at the latest. Following this information, the faulty product that you will send to us with the cargo company will be replaced with a new one. If the ordered product defect is caused by the use of the customer or the product has been used within 7 days, the product cannot be returned or exchanged.
As the product return and replacement conditions, the practices in accordance with the Law on the Protection of the Consumer No. 4077 are essential.
How Do I Return My Product Damaged During Transport?
Products damaged during transportation should not be received and a report regarding the damage should be attached to the transportation company. The product should not be returned due to small dents that may be in the box or packaging so as not to damage the product. However, upon receipt by you, the transport company will be deemed to have fulfilled its duty. After the damage report of the rejected product is delivered to our center by you, the product will be replaced with a new one in our Center as soon as possible and it will be sent to you as soon as possible.
