• 2 teaspoons of filter coffee
  • ½ cup of hot water
  • 1.5 cups of warm milk
  • 1 cup of ready-made milk cream
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • Grated rind of 1 medium orange
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 eggs 
  • 3 egg yolks
For Caramel Sauce
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar



Dissolve filter coffee in warm water.

Transfer the warm milk to a deep bowl and add cream, granulated sugar, grated orange peel, cinnamon and coffee water. Beat well with a wire whisk.

Transfer 3 egg yolks and 3 eggs to another deep bowl and beat for 2 minutes.

Add the prepared coffee mixture to the eggs little by little and beat for 2 more minutes, set aside.

For the caramel sauce; Cook the granulated sugar in a pan on low heat until it reaches a waxy consistency.

Divide into 6 baking dishes without waiting. and 5 min. Wait until it freezes.

Pour the pre-prepared coffee mixture on them.Pour the water into the molds and add enough hot water to come halfway to the tray without getting water inside the molds.

Bake at 150 degrees for 90 minutes.

Cool the cooked caramels in the refrigerator and serve.
