Materials:
- 125 g butter
- 120 g dark chocolate
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 60 g granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons of flour
- 1 teaspoon of espresso
- Half a cup of hot water

Take the butter and dark chocolate in a glass bowl, melt them in a bain-marie and mix.

Beat the egg yolks and sugar in a bowl with a mixer.

Add the buttered chocolate, flour and espresso added to half a tea glass of hot water and mix.

Fill the mixture into greased soufflé cups, leaving one inch of space from the top.
