ESPRESSO SUFLE

ESPRESSO SOUFFE

Materials:

  • 125 g butter
  • 120 g dark chocolate
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 60 g granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of espresso
  • Half a cup of hot water

 

Fabrication:

  1. Take the butter and dark chocolate in a glass bowl, melt them in a bain-marie and mix.

  2. Beat the egg yolks and sugar in a bowl with a mixer.

  3. Add the buttered chocolate, flour and espresso added to half a tea glass of hot water and mix.

  4. Fill the mixture into greased soufflé cups, leaving one inch of space from the top.

  6. Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 10-12 minutes.

  7. Serve with powdered sugar on top.
